I will retrieve your soul essence and breathe it into your heart while you stay relaxed and present.

During the Reiki session, you will lie on a massage table, and I will apply light touch to facilitate the movement of energy. If you prefer not to be touched, I can work with my hands a few inches from your body. Reiki harnesses universal life force energy to enhance your body’s natural healing abilities.
